Celebrating 10 Years of Impact
Photos, stats and stories marking Saffron’s 10th birthday milestone

Earlier this month, we came together to celebrate Saffron’s 10th birthday with a 12-hour party across two locations in Bristol. The event featured the launch of a limited edition Saffron Arbor ale, a talk from our founder Laura-Lewis Paul, a photo exhibition, beginner DJ workshop, and, of course, performances from an all-star line-up of Saffron alumni, tutors and staff.

As the dust settles on the celebrations, we’re looking back on everything we’ve achieved over the past decade, and are delighted to share some key stats capturing our impact…

If you’d like to dive deeper into some of the personal stories behind these numbers, then check out this piece from Clara Bullock at the BBC, who recently interviewed three of our graduates, Marla Kether, Marley Small (Medis) and Faith Morton.

Thanks to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. Here’s to more disruption of the music industry’s boy’s club in our teenage years!
