Whatever stage you’re at in your music tech journey, engaging with a mentor is a great way to get the critical input needed to achieve continued growth and learning. Whether you’re looking for practical help tightening your skills, advice around your personal development or strategic input into goal-setting and career planning, there are a myriad of ways our mentors can support you.
The mentoring programme is spearheaded by the co-creators of our Mix Nights DJ initiative, so will currently be most appropriate for DJs, promoters and electronic music producers. However, if your music tech specialism lies somewhere else then please sit tight – we’ll be expanding our mentoring roster to cover more areas of the industry soon!
You can meet with your mentor virtually or in person, depending on where you’re based. In order to make our mentoring platform financially accessible to all who need it, we operate sliding scale fees. Click here to find out how they work. We also offer three hours of mentoring per year for no extra charge to those with a Soulmate subscription to Saffron Members club.
