We are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new intermediate music production course for women and gender expansive people, which focuses on the art of mixing down your tracks.
In this intensive one-day course, you will learn the essential techniques of mixing down your tracks. Discover how to let go of the creative process and focus on the technical aspects to achieve a polished, professional sound and elevate your tracks to a quality level ready for mastering.
MEET YOUR TUTOR
This course will be delivered by Jen Hartley who has been producing and DJing under her Yushh alias for a number of years whilst running her own label imprint Pressure Dome, which focuses on providing a platform for up-and-coming artists that exemplify the leftfield, broken, experimental sound she loves.
Jen studied Music Production at BIMM Bristol and has since released on a number of well-respected labels including Rhythm Section, Banoffee Pies, Worst Records and in 2023 she landed her debut EP on Facta and K-LONE’s Wisdom Teeth with a stunning four-tracker, ‘Look Mum No Hands’.
Jen came on board as a Saffron tutor in Summer 2022 and has successfully been running our beginner music production courses in Bristol ever since.
