Mentoring fosters supportive connections and promotes knowledge-sharing amongst our music tech community. It offers music creators and industry folks the opportunity to get personalised guidance from a Saffron-approved mentor, who can share their skills, experience and expertise.

Whether you’re looking for practical help tightening your skills, advice around your personal development or strategic input into goal-setting and career planning, there are a myriad of ways our mentors can support you.

Who?

Our Saffron mentors are professional artists, DJs and industry professionals, with lived experience of navigating the music tech scene, and who are passionate about supporting others to do the same. How?
